Founding Story
FarmPur was founded in 2018 in Noida by Soha, who spent six years coordinating documentation for residential and peri-urban deals across NCR. During that work, she kept seeing buyers rely on verbal assurances for ownership, zoning, and road access.
The catalyst was a weekend-home purchase that fell through after an advance payment, when conflicting title entries surfaced. That case underscored the need for one team that could combine legal checks with on-ground verification.
Today our diligence runs in sequence: ownership and zoning first, site practicality second, negotiation support last. This order helps clients avoid spending time and money on properties that were never viable to begin with.

Our mission is to make farmhouse decisions less emotional and more evidence-based. We focus on verified listings, local market signals, and clear communication so clients can make an informed call at each stage.
