Founding Story
FarmPur was founded in 2018 in Noida by Ananya Kapoor, who had spent six years coordinating land documentation for residential and peri-urban deals in North India. During that work, she kept seeing buyers rely on verbal assurances for ownership, zoning, and road access.
The specific insight that sparked FarmPur came from a failed weekend-home purchase where a buyer's family discovered conflicting title entries only after paying an advance. That case made it clear that buyers needed a single team that could combine legal checking with on-ground verification.
Our first client segment was salaried families from Delhi NCR looking for 1 to 3 acre weekend properties within a five-hour drive. They did not need glossy brochures; they needed someone to tell them what could go wrong before signing anything.
What makes our approach different is that we run diligence in sequence: ownership and zoning first, site practicality second, negotiation support last. This order helps clients avoid spending time and money on properties that were never viable to begin with.
